discounted disney on ice ticketsI remember the days of Disney on Ice when my daughters were young. They loved the Disney stories–especially those that involved princesses–and when Disney on Ice was performing nearby, we would go see the show. I remember taking them to see one show at the Meadowlands in New Jersey and another at the Wells Fargo Center.

Speaking of the Wells Fargo Center, right now I can help you get discounted Disney on Ice Tickets for the late December, early January shows of Disney on Ice presents Rockin Ever After at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. I’m sure you’ve seen the billboards on 95 and the commercials on TV for this show.

Through my relationship with ticketing site Goldstar, you can secure tickets for less than $15. If you’ve ever been to any ice show, you know that’s a good deal!

Here are the dates/times/prices with discounted tickets available:

Here is Goldstar’s description of the show:

The all-new Disney on Ice family spectacular Rockin’ Ever After skates into Philadelphia as part of its world-premiere North American tour. In a new twist on fairytale fun, your favorite Disney characters compete in a talent show to determine who will be the next superstar in comical segments featuring Ariel and Sebastian, Rapunzel and Flynn, the Beast and Belle, and introducing Merida from Disney*Pixar’s Brave, in her skating debut. The upbeat music and energetic choreography will have both you and your kids singing and dancing along with beloved characters. It’s an entertaining music and dance mash-up that incorporates all your favorite Disney moments in a fresh new way.

cheap ticketsWhen my daughters were little, they LOVED going to see “Disney on Ice” shows. I think we saw “The Little Mermaid” and “Beauty and the Beast” as ice shows. I never quite understood the allure of telling the story while on ice skates, but who am I to judge? What matters was my kids found it enthralling, and it was a great evening out as a family.

What makes such family entertainment even better is when you can get tickets at a discount, which you can do, if you click through my affiliate links below. For shows at the IZOD Center at the Meadowlands (where I took my daughter and her friends to see “Glee: Live” last year–it’s a great venue, on par in size with the long-lost Spectrum), the following dates have discount tickets:

  • Friday, 1/20/12 @ 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, 1/21/12 @ 7:30 p.m.

  • Saturday, 1/14/12 @ 5 p.m.
  • Monday, 1/16/12 @ 5 p.m (this is MLK Day, so the kids likely have off from school–and maybe you from work?)

When you click through my affiliate links above, see if there are other dates and times for which you can get discounted tickets as well. These were just the dates that came up on first glance.

If you’ve got a Disney fan in the family, don’t you think these tickets would make for a great holiday gift?
