Since launching Philly on the Cheap, I’ve partnered with a number of companies to help make this site a worthwhile financial endeavor for me while sharing great information with you. One of those partners is Goldstar (see ad at right), which provides discount tickets to events not only in Philadelphia but throughout the country.

As part of Goldstar’s effort to give back to the community this Thanksgiving, Goldstar has itself partnered with an organization–this time Philabundance–to help provide Thanksgiving meals to people in need.

If you go through this link and make a $15 donation to Philabundance, you will provide up to 30 meals to those in need.

In case you didn’t know, Philabundance distributes 21 million pounds of food annually to hundreds of hunger-relief agencies in a dedicated partnership to feed the region’s hungry. Donations will be accepted through Goldstar until Sunday night after Thanksgiving.
